Quick Test Sequence

• Step 1. Unpack entire contents of packaging and check for any damaged products before moving to the testing sequence.
• Step 2. Place all four LED tubes on a test bench and connect the four LED control wires of the tubes to the back of the Digital LED Controller (DLC).
• Step 3. Using a 12v DC power source, connect the DLC's RED and YELLOW (power) wires to the +12v lead of the power supply. Note: DO NOT connect the BLUE (Alarm) wire for this test.
• Step 4. Next connect the DLC's BLACK (ground) wire to the power supply's negative (-) output
• Step 5. Press the Power ON/OFF button to activate all LED segments ##ON. Note: If none of the LED's light up, then go back to Step 3 and check your connections for power and ground

Installation Instructions

• Step 1 Select a desired location for the Digital LED Controller (DLC) and mount using the supplied mounting hardware.
• Step 2 With DLC mounted connect power and ground to the DLC's power harness as shown in wiring connection diagram.
  YELLOW wire = 12v battery (+)
  RED wire = 12v ignition (+)
  BLACK wire = negative ground (-)
  BLUE wire = Alarm negative input (-) (optional connection)
• Note: Vehicles with after market alarms can use the ANLED100's Alarm feature to activate when Ignition Kill is enabled with a negative trigger.
• Step 3 Select the desired locations for the LED tube placement which are away from all fuel lines, exhaust systems, areas of extreme heat, ABS components, SRS components, any moving parts and where lifts or jacks are used to raise your vehicle.
• Note: LED tubes need to be mounted as to the recommended configuration (see FIGURE 1 for details).
• Step 4 Using the 3/4" tube mounting clamps and the 5/8" self-tapping screws, fasten the LED tubes to your vehicle in the recommended mounting positions (four mounting clamps per 48" tube, three clamps per 30" tube).
• Step 5 Run the control wires from each LED tube underneath the vehicle up into the DLC location. It's recommended to run all wires in the shortest path to the DLC away from all fuel lines, exhaust systems, areas of extreme heat,ABS components, SRS components, any moving parts, and where lifts or jacks are used to raise your vehicle.
• Step 6 With all four control wires located at the DLC, plug each LED tube control wire into the back of the DLC outputs (see FIGURE 1 for details).
• Step 7 Once wiring and mounting for all components is completed, test the ANLED100's three modes of operation and the sequential lighting effects. Digital LED Controller (DLC)

Operation

• Step 1 Turn unit ON by pressing and holding ON/OFF button for 2 seconds
• Step 2 Turn unit OFF by pressing and holding ON/OFF button for 2 seconds

Modes and Sequential Lighting Effects

Turn unit ON and select the desired MODE of operation by using the following steps:
• Step 1 1st press MODE button = All LED's On mode (solid show of lights) 2nd press MODE button = Music Interface mode (dances to the beat of your music) 3rd press MODE button = Sequential Lighting Effect mode (see FIGURE 2 for different effects) · Alarm Mode = Activates when the BLUE wire is triggered with a Negative (ground) input · This feature functions ONLY when the vehicle is off or when 12v is disconnected from the ignition RED wire (see FIGURE 1 for details) · When the Alarm Mode is active, the 3rd (middle) bank of LED's will flash once per second under the vehicle
• Step 2 Selecting different light shows · When the DLC is in Sequential Lighting mode, you're able to select up to eight different lighting effects by pressing the SEQ. button three times (see FIGURE 2 for details) · To increase the speed of light, press and hold the SPEED button until desired effect is achieved · To decrease the speed of light, press twice and hold the SPEED button until desired effect is achieved
