Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please contact us at support@12vautotech.com for authorization on all returns. We will send a printable return label and pay for return shipping charges on defective merchandise.
- We will accept returns for a full refund (purchase price plus shipping and return shipping) within 30 days of purchase for defective merchandise.
- Unused merchandise received within 30 days of purchase will be fully refunded minus shipping costs.
- Merchandise that is damaged through improper use will not be refunded.
