If you have a strong preference as to which postal carrier handles your purchase, please send us an email or call with your name, the products you have purchased, and the carrier you would like to use. Your shipping and handling cost for this service will remain the same.
Shipping Information
Same day shipping will apply to orders placed before 1:00 PM EST Monday - Friday.
Exceptions have been noted by the product description.
Shipping and handling on each product is determined by weight and size.
Shipping is handled by one of the following carriers UPS Ground, Fed Ex Freight, or the US Postal Service.
Hawaii and Alaska
If possible, items will ship via USPS priority mail, this applies to lighter items such as the WinterSeat.
Heavier items such as the SuperJack will ship via parcel post and may take up to 5 weeks to arrive.
US Military Overseas
We will ship to APO/FPO box address overseas. These orders will be shipped via the US Postal service. Orders may take between 4-6 weeks to arrive
